Non-Pressurized Fast Fill System Operation

  • Fast Fill - OEM
  • Filling Operation:
  • Connect filling nozzle to tank receiver.
  • As fuel filling occurs, incoming fuel forces air through the vent.
  • The inlet valve is open as long as their float is in the down position.
  • Fast Fill - Retro Fit
  • Full Tank:
  • As fuel level increases to full level the float rises. The inlet shutoff valve closes.
  • Additional fuel cannot be introduces to full tank, even if filling nozzle is held to open position, due to shutoff valve being forced closed.
  • Remove filling nozzle.
