Minimum Order
The minimum order is $25 excluding shipping. If your order does not exceed $25 then a handling charge will make up the difference. You may avoid the handling charge by adding more parts to your order or ordering other parts.

Usage of Product
Shaw Development expandable plugs are meant to be used with non flammable materials in low pressure applications, less than two psi (2 psi).
It is up to the end users sole discretion whether the product purchased from Shaw Development meets the requirements of the application intended. Improper use of any product can result in injury or death. Shaw Development can not warrant, recommend, or approve the use of any product in a particular application. The end user must take all safety precautions to prevent injury.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Shipping - Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Shaw Development are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shaw Development is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
Return Policy
Shaw Development retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Shaw Development thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Shaw Development expressly consents.
Measure the product carefully and use trial samples to ensure the product fits and suits the application. Users may incur fees and costs associated with returning products ordered in the wrong size or style.

Generally, Shaw Development will consider returns within ten (10) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Due to their product nature, Shaw Development can not accept returns of used products, damaged products, or abused products.
At Shaw Development’s sole discretion, Shaw Development may impose a thirty five percent (35%) restocking fee on items returned. Limitations on quantity and total dollar amount may apply.
Severability
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Shaw Development with respect to this Website, Shaw Development catalog or any type of Shaw Development advertisement. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Shaw Development with respect to this Website, Shaw Development catalog or any type of Shaw Development advertisement.
